| Responsibilities |
| Design and develop embedded system-based biomedical products; work with a remote team in India to direct product development and testing; work with the customer to better understand requirements to feed into development process. |
| Experience |
| BS in EE, CS or Biotechnology. Prior experience with C/C# or equivalent object-oriented language, firmware or embedded programming a plus. Ability to work independently, make decisions and get products released on time. |

| Sales |
| Responsibilities |
| Help expand sales and business development for Better Life Devices business units: Therapeutic Medical Devices to the reseller, OEM Partnerships, and Direct-to-Consumer Wellness Products. |
| Experience |
| 15+ years of experience of sales and customer relationships in the areas of medical spa, therapeutic medical devices, electrical muscle stimulator and related devices; experience selling to channels such as HSN and QVC; relationship management. |

| Design |
| Responsibilities |
| Come up with innovative, aesthetically appealing and manufacturing-friendly designs based on the customer’s product requirements; interact with and guide the manufacturing team in India to get products made; ensure products are made to spec and with top-notch quality. |
| Experience |
| Formal education in industrial design, experience working with biomedical enclosures, deep knowledge of various materials and experience in procuring them. |

| Marketing |
| Responsibilities |
| Help position and promote Better Life Devices, both the corporate entity as well as the three individual business units. Help plan and execute events such as trade shows and seminars. Head our digital marketing effort, including graphics, posters and brochure creation along with leveraging the website and social media networks to create and establish the Better Life Devices brand. |
| Experience |
| 3+ years of experience in the digital marketing arena specifically focusing on social media and other online channels. |
