Do I have to keep Inventory or Do you provide drop-shiip services?
For our best-selling portable and clinical devices, we have inventory in our US sales office. For most other large or special orders, we make orders as needed by you. We can offer drop ship services to your customers to expedite new product directly to your customers. Please contact us for more details!

What is the return policy and warranty period for my customers?
All of our clinical models come with a warranty card. Simply have your customer send it in to activate and register the two-year warranty on all clinical models, and the one-year warranty on all portable models. The warranty will cover any manufacturing defects, but will not cover mishandling by the user. You can download the form (here).
